1. Agreement
By installing or using AI Ready you agree to these terms. The agreement is between you (or the Shopify store owner you represent) and rAIse Labs, a software company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA (“we,” “us”).
2. Using the app
AI Ready is a Shopify embedded app. You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for the content you publish to your storefront, including content we help you generate.
3. Your content, our rewrites
You retain ownership of your catalog content. When you use Fix with AI or Auto-Pilot, we generate draft rewrites for you based on the catalog data you already have. No rewrite is published without your action (either a manual approval or an Auto-Pilot schedule that you configured). You can undo any rewrite from the before/after history while the history window is active.
We grant no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated rewrites. You are the final editor. Don’t publish a claim you can’t back up.
4. Billing
- Billing is handled through Shopify Billing. We never collect a credit card outside Shopify.
- Plan changes, trials, and cancellations happen through your Shopify admin. Uninstalling the app cancels any recurring charge.
- Founder Customers receive a 30-day free trial on any paid plan, applied natively via Shopify’s trial mechanism. Founder Customer status must be claimed in-app and is non-transferable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for stores that violate Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our prompts, models, or rate-limiting logic.
- Resell the app’s functionality except under an AI Agency Pro seat.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
The AI Ready app and the rAIse Labs brand are our intellectual property. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app while your subscription is active. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the software.
7. Third-party services
AI Ready integrates with Shopify and uses OpenAI and assistant APIs to generate rewrites and probe prompt rankings. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their downtime or policy changes, though we’ll do our best to notify you when a change affects the service.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes. AI search visibility is an evolving space; we ship improvements as the landscape changes. Our paid-plan uptime target is 99.5%.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your catalog content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Shopify’s policies. On termination we delete merchant data per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We’ll post updates to this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects existing merchants, we’ll email them before it takes effect.
